surface of ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed 2 m&l for rendering 15 mm thick in cm 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry surfaces or concrete surface of wall finished even and fair including mixing of wpc as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.note : wpc shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only 3 supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. 4 m&l rendering 10 mm thick in cm 1:3 as on concerete surface of ceilings finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 5 m&l rendering 15mm thick in cm 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces or on surface other than fair faces of brick masonary on wall finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 6 demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonary, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed. 7 m&l for brick work with sub-class b bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed 8 m&l for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping upto plastered surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having rpm not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit having dia of 7/9 to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc complete all as specified & as directed. 9 m&l for preparation of surface and applying putty @ 1 kg(undiluted) per sq mtr. of average thickness 1 mm over the plastered/old painted surface after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having rpm not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour as per following steps:- step 1) mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. step 2) apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 psi.step3) allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface 10 m&l for preparation of surface and applying one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 0.9 ltr(undiluted) /10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 psi allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed. 11 m&l for applying two coats of water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint of approved colour with silicon additive & color stay technology, excellent dirt pick up resistance with voc less than 50 gram/ litre as per the leeds specifications, alkali & fungal resistance applied in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 psi. allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as specified and directed. 12 m&l for preparation of old decorated surface including brooming down and clening the surfaces and applying one coat of acrylic water based interior grade primer @0.9 ltr(undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 psi allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed. 13 m&l for preparation of surface and applying two coats of distemper (oil emulsion) of approved tint on ceiling applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 psi and allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as specified and as directed. 14 m&l for preparation of surface and applying two coats of distemper (oil emulsion) of approved tint on walls applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 psi and allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as specified and as directed. 15 m&l forpreparation of old painted surfaces of wood or wood based materials of any description ot otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. 16 m&l preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified & as directed. 17 note:- (a) 50% qty of material reqd for periodical services in this contract shall be procured in advance in seal packed container or bags after approval of the sample.(b) work pertains to periodical services shall be executed through authorized applicator of manufacturers of which the materials .i.e. paint, distemper, putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by garrison engineer.(c) material of required shade approved by garrison engineer for the periodical work shall be procured in sealed container and will be opened in presence of engineer in charge.
