supply of supply, design, installation, testing and commissioning of dual multi section digital axle counter (msdac)supply, design, installation, testing and commissioning of dual multi section digital axle counter (msdac),supply, design, installation, testing and commissioning of dual multi section digital axle counter (msdac) system as per approved sip or an y alteration of can station ( complete with all accessories, cable required with each track device & card viz. axle detectors, track side electronics/ dac fiel d units, central evaluator(central evaluator unit should be housed in a pre-fabricated rack to be supplied along with the system), reset unit, relay unit, ev ent logger & diagnostic terminals, etc. required for different detection points & track sections)as per rdso specification no. rdso/ spn/176/2013, ver.3. the above msdac system shall incorporate the following features: - 1. dual msdac system shall be provided with 100% redundancy of power supply, com munication, detection point, evaluators etc. there shall be separate evaluators for main and redundant dps. 2. the detection point shall be of clamp type only to avoid multiple drilling of holes in the rail. 3. lv boxes for each zone shall be provided as per existing installation or as per the site engineers requir ement. 4. there shall be no provision of location boxes/ apparatus cases for housing track-side electronics of msdac dps. 5. the msdac evaluators shall b e wired to cater maximum possible number of track sections which can be achieved through 50 numbers of dps. 6. if morethan one evaluator is required t hen evaluator-to-evaluator communication shall be possible at cpu level as per rdso specification. 7. there shall be auto resetting facility in the dual ms dac system as per wr policy. 8.earthing, if required, shall be done by the firm only.
