providing and supplying furniture at various office at various floor at new council hall building, mumbai.-1 . providing and fixing different size of table made out of 19mm thick marine plywood of the requisite manufacture is anchor/ century/ kenwood/ greenply or equivalent generally confirming to is 710-1980 for top in vertical side and 6mm & 12mm thick marine plywood for back and drawer with necessary btc wood lipping and moulding, the external shall be finished with 3.5mm to 4mm thick greenply veneer (wood crests) sheet excluding melamine polish and internal shall be finished laminate 0.80 mm thick (royal touche) with three years guarantee on requisite stamp paper etc complete as per drawing and instructions of engineer in charge 2 . tables (1.20x0.60) : providing & fixing in position table for the clerical staff having overall size of 120x60x76 cm height made out of 19mm thick marine ply of the requisite manufacture generally confirming to i.s.303/i.s.710-1980 top, vertical side & 6mm marine plywood of requisite manufacture generally confirming to sides and 6mm marine ply bottom with necessary sliders one open shelf of 19mm thick marine ply with necessary lipping on external sides and foot rest out of 40x75 mm (finished dimension) cptw etc. as per drawing and instructions. the external side and top shall be finished with 1mm thick laminate matt/suede/fine line finished lamination pattern with grooves all internal surfaces on table and drawer shall be internally finished with two coats of french polish with antitermite treatment.3 . storage full height : providing and fixing 53cm deep cupboard type storage unit made out of 19mm thick marine plywood of the requisite manufacture generally confirming to i.s. 710-1980 for frames, internal verticals horizontal divisions, shutters and 6mm & 12mm thick marine plywood for drawers with locks,handles, hardware, lipping & beading patti (btc) etc. the shall be finished with veneer in approved pattern with grooves etc. and two coats of french polish and melamine polish for all btc moulding & lipping patties with antitermite treatment to plywood & wood work with ten years guarantee on requisite stamp paper including all leads & lifts etc. complete as per drawing and instruction of engineer-in-charge etc. complete. 4 . low height storage - providing & fixing on site 40 cm deep low height storage unit at require location less than 1.35 meter height by using 19mm marine ply of requisite manufacture generally confirming to i.s. 303/is. 710- 1980 for frame, internal verticals, horizontal divisions, openable shutters, 6mm thick marine ply back, with necessary locks, handles, hardware, lipping (btc), moulding etc. the total shall be finished with formica laminate sheet finished lamination pattern with grooves externally and two coats of french polish with anti-termitetreatemtn to plywood & wood work including all leads & lifts etc. complete, as per architects drawing and instruction of engineer in charge. 5 . providing &arrangemnt of high back, synchronized mechanism with multiple locking, adjustable armrest, gaslift for seat height adjustment, standard 5-prong p/nylon base with leatherite upholstery 6 . providing &arrangemnt of mid back, normal syncromechanism , fixed armrest ,gaslift for seat height adjustment, standard 5prong/nylon base with leather upholstery7 . centertable : providing & fixing center table of size 750 mm x 450 mm x 450mm made out of matching wood frame & vertical frame work of size 75mm x 75mm section with 12mm thick marine ply on top requisite manufacture generally confirming to i.s.303/i.s.910-1980 and finished with 18 mm white synthetic marble on the top including two coats of malamine polish for wood work and anti-termite treatment to plywood and woodwork including all leads & lifts as per drawings and instructions of engineer in charge etc complete. 8 . plywood : carrying out test of determination of resistance to dry heat, determination of moisture content, determination of density, thickness of plywood, 9 . wood : carrying out test of density, moisture content.
