painting of overhead water tanks painting of two number over head water tanks and pump room including cleaning, surface preparation, priming, and finishing with approved paints using irata or en certified rope access techniques.; painting the over head water tank (as per drawing attached) including entire out side of oh tank, columns, beams, horizontal bracings, suction and delivery pipes, hand rails, stairway, etc. complete after cleaning the entire surface by jet washing, wire brushing of fabricared structures, removal of dust, loose materials, wild growth and carriying out minor repairs by plastering/ fabrication and applying one coat of approved primer wherever required and painting of tank with two coat of exterior emulsion paint of asian/ burger/ jotun, of approved quality & colour, suction and delivery pipes with one or more coats of epoxy paint, and hand rails, windows, grills with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over coat of primer, the painting area will also include the pumproom which is below the oh tank (approximate size of room 6x3 mtr) with 2 coats of exterier emulsion paint. the over head water tank is having a height of 35 mtr and diameter of approx 9 mtr. the capacity of oh tank is approximate 200 cum. the painting has to be carried out using rope acceess technique through irata/ en (european norm) standards certified workmen/ technician and supervisor. the rope access materials shall be irata/ en (european norm) standards certified. the work shall include cost and conveyance of all material, labour, tools and plants, hire charges, all charges for approved rope access technique, supervision, paints, etc. complete for the successful completion of work.
