tender for repair/replacement of kota stone flooring in sector iii of the bldg at pm shri kendriya vidyalaya no 01 under ge af gorakhpur.; 1 dismantling of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness laid bedded and pointed in any mortar in floor,wall, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed. 2 demolition of cement concrete un- reinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed. 3 m&l 25mm thick pcc 1:2:4 type b-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in level course, complete all asspecified and as directed. 4 m&l in machine cut plolishedkota stone slab flooring 25 mm thick laid over cement screed base and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the ston slab including rubbing and polishing over 20mm thick screed bed in cm (1:6) complete all as specified and directed. 5 m&l in machine cut pre-polished kota stone slab as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar, 25mm thicklaid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing laid over 15mm thick screed bed in cm (1:6) complete all as specified and directed. 6 demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed. 7 m&l for brick work with subclass b brick straight or curved on plan 6m mean radious built in cm (1:4) etc complete all as specified and directed. 8 taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls/ concrete surface, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. 9 m&l rendering 15 mmthick in cement mortar 1: 4 on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 10 m&l rendering 15 mmthick in cement mortar 1: 6 on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 11 m&l for 10mm thick rendering in cm 1:3 on ceiling and finished the even surface and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. 12 m& l prepaation of new plastered surface of wall and applyingtwo coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primerprimer over 2 mm tick brila/ j k wall care putty complete all as specified and directed 13 m & l for preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted and over a coat of white ciment primer over 2 mm thick birla/ jk wall care putty, complete all specified and directed 14 m&l for preparing of new plasteredsurfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.
