tender for nctps ii – m ii circle – chp & fp division – foph – routine maintenance of fuel oil handing system (mechanical & electrical portion) for a period from 27.01.25 to 31.03.25.; 1 mechanical portion 2 charges for cleaning, up – keeping & monitoring of foph equipments and its surrounding area, attending minor works in various oil, steam & air line such as gasket replacement, arresting oil / steam / air leak, gland leak etc., from foph to boiler end, foph to desalination plant and fuel storage tank area. positioning & alignment of pump & motor, fixing of bed bolts & flange bolts and conducting trial run, cleaning of ldo filters/strainers & drain oil tank if required as directed by engineer in charge, including cost of consumables and t&ps, hire charges etc., 3 charges for cleaning, hfo strainer/filter after closing inlet valves, dismantling top cover of strainer, cleaning of inner and outer filter elements, inspection of both side flange bolts tightening and assembling of strainers/filters including consumables and t&ps, hire charges etc., 4 charges for replacement of damaged/wornout bearing/mechanical seal/ bush/pump internal by new one after dismantling the hfo pump assembly including cost of consumables and t&ps, hire charges etc., (required spares will be supplied by tangedco at free of cost) 5 charges for up keeping the area of hfo tank, pump house, steam and oil lines by clearing trenches, condensed water mixed with heavy furnace oil, enormous growth of bushes, scrub jungle and grass and unwanted fire hazard materials such as dry glass leaves, papers and polythene papers in and around oil tank, pump house, oil & steam lines area. work involves inside the tank dyke area and around the dyke compound all 4 sides, around foph all 4 sides and around steam/oil lines including cost of consumables and t&ps, hire charges etc., 6 electrical portion 7 charges for daily general walk down monitoring, cleaning and observing of switch gears and its related accessories etc., including cost of consumables and t&ps, hire charges etc., 8 charges for carrying out quarterly maintenance of lt motors at foph including cost ofconsumables and t&ps, hire charges etc., 9 charges for transporting the testing equipment to transformer yard, assisting for conducting occ, scc tests on st3 and its ngt, terminal tightness checking in marshalling boxes, metering and protection ct’s including cost of consumables and t&p’s hire charges etc. 10 charges for transporting the testing equipment, cleaning & assisting for conducting the tests on lt relay panel including cost of consumables and t&p’s hire charges etc. 11 charges for releasing, checking and cleaning of finger contacts in breaker with acetone, healthiness of spring charging motors and mechanisms, tightness checking of all components of breakers and lubrication of all moving parts and checking their operations and re fixing the breakers.opening of breaker panel back doors, checking cable tightness, cleaning and re-fixing etc. for 1 no. lt breaker including cost of consumables and t&p’s hire charges etc., 12 charges for cleaning and observing of motors, checking of lighting, transformer yard area, maintenance of earthing system etc including cost of consumables and t&p’s charges etc.,
