tender for partial discharge, tan delta test of various equipments at 400 kv, 220 kv, 132 kv substations, under etd-ii, prayagraj. - following testing works are to be conducted for health monitring of various cts, pts & bushing at 400 kv, 220 kv & 132 kv bays as per technical specifications at various 400 kv, 220 kv 132 kv sub stations under etd-ii, prayagraj. 2 partial discharge test of various 400 kv, 220 kv & 132 kv current transformers. 3 partial discharge test by both ehf (extra high frequency) and hf (high frequency) methods with help of duly calibrated test kit. the work also includes the cost ofcarriage and operation of test kit including preparation and submission of test results in specified formats after the completion of tests. the test results should clearly mention the health of cts and suggestion for action taken regarding the same. 4 400 kv current transformers of various 400 kv bays 5 220 kv current transformers of various 220 kv bays 6 400 kv pt/cvt 7 132 kv current transformers of various 132 kv bays 8 220 kv pt/cvt 9 132 kv pt/cvt 10 capacitance and tan delta measurement & ir value 11 testing of bushings with the help of duly calibrated test kits to be arranged by the contractor including the cost of carriage and operation of test kit including preparation and submission of test results in specified formats after the completion of tests. the tests shall include capacitance, tan delta & ir value measurements (to be conducted by duly calibrated test kit). the works shall include the cost of carriage of test kit, manpower involved in teresting and submission of test reports in specified formats. 12 400 kv bushings of 200 mva icts/125 mvar reactor 13 220 kv bushings of 200 mva+160 mva icts 14 132 kv bushings of 200 mva+160 mva icts 15 132 kv bushings of 63/40 mva transformer 16 visit charges including the cost of carriage of all the test kits required for testing activities in a particulars bay including testing of transformer/ cts, cvts. all the test required in a particular bay shall be completed in a single visit as per availability of shutdown.
