bids are invited for customized amc/cmc for pre-owned products - comprehensive amc for 16 t sdyn vibration system; comprehensive amc for 16 t sdyn vibration system; comprehensive maintenance contract (cmc); comprehensive amc as per sow; yes comprehensive amc for 16 ton sdyn vibration system 1. scope of worki comprehensive amc covers following preventive & breakdown visits during one year period. ii. preventive maintenance viaits: 12 nos (every quarter including calibration once in a year breakdown maintenance visits: all whenever requiredi iii. the scope covered under these visits is elaborated as below. 1. preventive maintenance visits, qty: 12 nos proventive maintenance visit will be carried out by m/s sdyn expert team of customer support engineers. they will visit once in every three months(s) and carry out amc as per prescribed in amc record format. during one of the pm visit, they will carry out calibration of the system also, detailed scope of preventive maintenance is given hereunder, 1.1 electro dynamic shaker: al remove top and bottom covers of shaker, inspect all, components for its worn out damage and simultaneously repair replace and remove contamination. bi alignment of armature coil assembly, rolling struts, 315 (internal, load support), limit switches used for displacement etc for faithful trouble free operation. inspect and chock automatic load compensation unit, pressure requlators, nrvs, pressure gauges and other pneumatic accessories for proper working. check body isolation assombly. e) chock all electrical and interconnection cables or hardware. check protections or interlocks like displacement limit, over temperature and cooling shaker. 4) carryout cold canistance check of field coils, armature coll of shaker and cooling system. hi replace all consumables periodically. 11 de-scaling of heat exchangers of shaker cooling system once in year. total quantity :
