bids are invited for repair, maintenance, and installation of plant/ systems/equipments (version 2) - ship; dr of e549 e552 e553 e554 & e555; buyer; e-549 submersible pump at aer (make/model: m/s kulkarni, thane; capacity: 40 tph) failed to take suction intermittently. further, discharge pressure found low during trials. suspect impeller clearance varied from limits. same to be repaired and pump to be proved for satisfactory performance. e-552 top cover of insulation lagging in fer and aer and avcat compartment found deteriorated and perished at various places. insulation top layer (glass wool cloth) to be replaced as per sample. (approx area - 3 m²). e-553 filter mesh of ships galley fcu found deteriorated due to fwt. mesh to be renewed as per sample. inway job includes removal and re-fitment of filter mesh and renewal of all securing bolts (mat- ss, qty 08 nos). e-554 inlet air duct/trunking of atu no.2 and atu no.03 found to be deformed, holed and perished at various places to be renewed as per sample.
