(length-1470mm thickness-14mmflange thickness-16mm) in sl-48 of (figure 6310, drg. no. csd-sale 12001177 10) 6 shaft coupling (ss-aisi-410/316) in s.no-25 of (figure 6310, drg. no. csd-sale 12001177 10) 7 bearing retainer with support ring in s.no-54 of (figure 6310, drg. no. csd-sale 12001177 10) 8 re-installation and commission of (item no.4.a to 4..c) the pump set after re-fixing all accessories & lowering down the pump & column pipe in well with right alignment and testing compete up to the satisfaction ofeic. (item no-4.01- 4.02 for pump sl-2 & item 4.01,4.03 for pump sl no-3) 9 re-installation of motor stool and motor by making proper alignment with the line shaft and the motor coupling within permissible limit, fixing coupling bolts and nuts, worn out rubber pads of the coupling bolts are to be replaced by supplying by new rubber pads by the contractor at his own cost. making re- connection of the colling water line,refixing and rearangements of the h.t. & l.t. cables and connection of the same motor terminals and the commissioning of the system complete.the entire job starting from pump motor set is to be carries out under the supervision of the expert from the manufacture in order to gate better performance . minor rectification of the work like skin turning of sleeves, minor welding etc. are also included in this job.(if requred spares may be supplied by kmda) 10 supply of lt cable (armoured) 4mm,3core 11 laying of one number cable upto-35 sq.mm in underground tranch 460mm wid x 760mm average depth with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) nos of bricks per metre. including filling the space between the bricks & cable and also the treanch with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed. 12 laying of cable as below, after cutting floor/pavemet/wall/ and making holes incl. embedding the cable at an average dept as below and mending good the damages to the original finish inclu. removing the rubbish. 13 supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland,brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of xlpe/pvc armoured cables as below. (b) for 3 core upto-6 sq.mm 14 finishing of the pvc insulayed wire ends by socketting with pin/ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc. including supplying sockets,tapes.
