tender for false ceiling works in ccr control room at hwpm.; 1 removing and stacking of works stations, tables and chairs etc.in ccr building for making work space andsafe working condition for execution of false ceiling work insideccr building and refixing the same in postionafter completion of the workincludingrequired manpower, materials, consumable and necessary tools etc all complete as directed by engineer in charge 2 providing and coveringwith tarpaline sheets (thickness .6 to 1.5 mm )to protrctthe pannels and machineries from dust and waste during dismantling of existing old false ceiling ,cleaning of floors,collection of dirt, cotton waste, cobweb etc. in ccr roomincluding provision of vaccum cleaner for removing dust to maintain clean and working environment, includingrequired manpower, materials, consumable and necessary tools etc all complete as directed by engineer in charge. 3 dismantling existing false ceiling , including disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials within plant permises includingrequired manpower, materials, consumable and necessary tools etc all complete as directed by engineer in charge. 4 providing and fixing tile false ceiling of approved materails with new grid using 6mm thick cement bonded designer particle board/ fiber cement board like bison designer board/ v board with texture on oneface of approved pattern conforming to is 14276-1995/ is 14862-2000 of size 595mm x 595mm finished with one coat of cement primer on both sides and edges including two coats of exterior emulsion paint of approved quality on exposed face & edges (thickness), interlocking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (sleek groove grid system) (galvanized @120grams per sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main t runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and size 24 x 38mm made from 0.3mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200mm center center and cross t of size 24 x 25mm made of 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main t at 600mm center to center to form a grid of 1200 x 600mm and secondary cross tof length 600mmand size 24 x 25mm made of 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200 x 600mm panel to form grids of 600 x 600mm and wall angle of size 24 x 24 x 0.30mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making opening for services likediffusers,grills,light fittings,fixtures, smoke detectors with the concern of electrical/instrumentation etc., with alround frame work, main t runners to be suspended from ceiling using gi slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x 1.6mm fixed to ceiling with 8mm dia abd 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm gi adjustable rods with galvanized butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.80mm spaced at 1200mm center to center along main t, bottom exposed width of 2400 of all t-sections shall be pre painted with polyster paint, lock pins, as per the approved pattern and to the extent required, scaffolding etc., all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the engineer in charge.
