tender for internal painting of induced draft cooling towers (unit 1 and 2) at kgs 1 and 2, kaiga; 1 removing the existing damaged tarfelt, isothene layer, polystyrene boards, plaster coating from the existing surfaces including required tools, tackles & consuambles, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder / jhoola [if required], collecting, lowering, shifting at ground level, cleaning the work area & disposing the generated debris / waste at the dump yard up a lead of2 to 3 kms. from the work place etc., complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification, as directed by engineer in-charge at all locations, lifts & heights. 2 providing and applying two coats of asian paintsapcorep kretecoat coating or equivalent alternative of approved make/shade/colourand quality to the internal plastered masonry/concrete walls, rcc, columns, beams, stairs, railings etc., over the existing concrete surfaces including preparation of surfaceby cleaning the substrate thoroughly to remove dust, hardened cement slurry, using oily residues by scrubbing with coarse wire brush/using pressure water pump/ chipping/wire brushing/sand papering/grinding/chipping off the top layer/sweep blasting method etc. depending on site requirements.also, filling holes on concrete surface by epoxy mortar; providing, fixing and removing necessary scaffolding/platform etc.,. complete all as per manufacturers technical specification, and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all heights/lifts and at all locations. 3 providing and applying twocoats of first quality synthetic enamel paint of berger/nerolac/asian/shalimar/duluxmakeof approved shade/colour and conforming to relevant bis specification of latest edition over existing painted/new surfaces exteriorincluding preparation of surfaces by sand papering and cleaning the area , providing, fixing and removing necessary scaffolding/platform etc.,. complete all as per specification,and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all heights/lifts and at all locations.
