bids are invited for annual repair maintenance of sub-station in main campus and sfa campus of 23rd bn itbp seemadwar, dehradun for the year 2025-2026.-testing of earth resistance and testing of earth pit including checking resistance etc and repair/ replace if required. dehydration and filtration of transformer oil of 11 kv transformer, remove the moisture, sludge, acidity and mainly to improve the bdv and resistivity of transformers oil. after dehydration and filtration of oil the bdv (breakdown voltage test) of oil should be 60 kv and above. top up of transformer oil in transformer 1 & 2 complete as per direction of engineer-in charge. servicing and overhauling of 11 kv ocb (oil circuit breakers) of gec make and testing & calibration of relays, earth fault over current etc. including small material complete as per direction of engineer-in charge. servicing and maintenance of lt acb (air circuit breakers) .etc complete as per direction of engineer-in charge. providing and replacement of pannel spout complete gec make ocb complete testing of transformer including minor repair like repairing of t/f leakage of oil including replacement of oil seal, gasket, ht/lt bushing, nut bolts packing of top cover sheet, inspection sheet, conservator tank complete as per direction of engineer-in charge. providing and replacement of 11 kv c.t 30/15/5 amp double ratio protection & metering gec make. supply and fitting of trolly busing with complete accessories supply fitting of amp and volt meter in ht pannel 110 volt pt operated servicing / overhauling of amp 11kv vcb and testing and calibration of relays, eart fault over current etc. including small material and as per direction of engineer-in charge. re insulation of non moisturized paint vcb and ocb sub station servicing / maintenance of 11 kv compact transformer rmu and testing lt acb work. servicing/ maintenance of 11 kv rmu at sub station including testing. repairing on 11kv pt including pt fuse oil fitting spout
