tender for repair of vessel m.v.swasthyasathi - both side (p&s)propeller shaft & rudder arrangements including all bushes are to be dismantled and fitted back after necessary repair. 2 both side (p&s) propeller shaft worn out journals metalizing by s.s electrode & machining to suit with the respective. 3 both side (p&s) rubber cutlass bushes are to be re-rubberised.(a bracket bush and gland bush) 4 both side (p&s) propeller and coupling bed-in with the respective propeller shaft. 5 both side (p&s) propeller shaft key (s.s) renewed with securing screw. 6 both side (p&s) gland bushes & gland covers (g.m) are to be re-sleeved - 2 sets. 7 both side (p&s) coupling securing nut to be renewed. 8 both side (p&s) rudder stock worn-out journals to be metalized and machining with renewal of stock flange. 9 both side (p&s) rudder stock upper & lower gm bush & gland covers are to be re-sleeved - 02 sets. 10 both side (p&s) propeller and rudder bush damaged gland stud to be renewed. 11 100 nb (mn-bronze) main sea chest valve to be repaired and fitted back after pressure tested. 12 supply and fitment invater-1500va (make-luminous/livguard) including all wire connection and renewal of defective ac light. 13 steel fender 200 nb, 8 mm thick half cut pipe stiffened with ‘d’ shaped stiffeners 500 mm apart. please enable macros to view boq information
