considering this aspect. 4 m&l forrendering 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cementcomplete all as specified and directed. 5 m&l for repairing pot holes / patches etc in existing cement concrete pavements by cutting out damaged portion around the pot holes with mechanical equipment into regular shape, upto 30 mm deep, and avg surface area n exc 20sqcm removing the loose material to a distance exc 250 metre but n.exc 500 m and cleaning the cut out portion with compressed air to remove all foreign materials like dust, dirt, loose aggregates etc, priming the pot holes / patches with special primer recommended by manufacturer and filling with modified elastomeric concrete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.make: choksey chemical (product name flex o patch) / fosroc chemicals/ stp limitedor equivalent make. 6 m&l for repairing pot holes / patches or crack repair etc in existing cement electric blower and applyingone of synthetic enamel paint of any tint as in line, dashes letter etc on concrete or bitumen surfaces/ pavements and the like exceeding 10 cm in width with white/black/red/yellow/orange or any other approved tinf etc complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.note :- rates for supply of materials shall be included in the quoted rate. 8 m&l for preparation of old painted surfaces of concrete/ bituminous pavements and roads by cleaning with metal wire brushes, brooms and finally dusting with a piece of cloth/ rags and applying one coat of white wash on surfaces exc 10 cm complete all as specified and directed.. note :- rates for supply of materials shall be included in the quoted rate. 9 note:- (i) painting work shall be carried out by authorised applicator as approved by age (i).(ii) site shall be handed over based on flying operations. contractor will be informed as soon as possible with in minimum 02 days prior notice period. the contractor shall accordingly make arrangements for adequate labours and material for work completion.(iii) working hours may be restricted due to flying operation.
