tender for annual rate contract for runway and apron marking painting including retro reflective painting of taxiways and apron at rajahmundry airport (2025-26); 1 removal of existingtaxiway / apron painting markings( all colours) using pressure washing or grinding or hydroblasting or sandblasting/soda blasting with suitableequipment without damaging the apron or taxiway surfaces. all including cleaning, removal of dirt,rubbish and dispoal of all waste as per the directionof engineer in charge 2 painting of taxiway/apron marking with retro reflective road marking paint of superior make of apco track/fast track wbr 3427 of asian paints or equivalent @0.5kg/sqm by mechanical meanswith air/airless spray applicator including the application of high index type iii glass beads of potters make or equivalent @0.5kg/sqm having refractive index 1.90 to 1.93meeting the specifications as per tt-b-1325d. the painting shall be done for the new markings on taxiway/ apron as per the recommended dimensions and approved layout drawingsby anexperienced operator on apron/taxiway surface including cost of material, labour, t&p, cleaning the taxiway/ apron surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications. 3 painting runway/taxi track/apron markingby mechnical means with air/airless spray applicatorto give uniform finish with road marking paint of superior make as approved by the engineer-in-charge, i/c cleaning the surface of all dirt, scales, oil, grease and other foreign material etc. and lining out complete. old work (one or more coats). touchups , rectifications and areas where mechanical means painting non practicablewill be allowedto be painted manually, howerver nothing extra will be payble on this account.
