contract for candi related jobs of turbine, tdbfps, generator and other ancillary areas during unit-3 overhauling at sgtpp.- 1 c&i related service jobs in turbine area 2 turbine related c&i service job -1. dismantling, cleaning, servicing and re-fixing of bearing rtds, thermocouples, turbovisory instruments (tsi) viz. shaft and shell vibration probes, de of lp turbine, turbovisory instruments mounted on turbine bearing enclosure (bearing # 1 to # 7). etc. refitting of all these turbovisory instruments after calibration (sgtpp’s scope) like de pickups, speed, axial shift, overall expansion, shaft and shell vibration probes which will be dismantled during turbine overhauling work for main turbine as well as generator (500mw bhel system). 2. dismantling and assembly of hp, ip & lp rotor expansion measurement probes. hp &ip casing expansion measurement probes, turbine speed pick-ups, thermocouples of turbine bearings (bearing # 1 to#7). 3. dismantling, servicing and refixing jobs of all types of temperature elements of main turbine (like casing, exhaust, ms temp at cv etc.) and generator as per requirement. 4. turbine stop & control valve position feedback transmitters and limit switch checking, dismantling, servicing and refixing. 5. dismantling, servicing, refixing and testing of all instruments of pw system (pw conductivity probes, pw water tank level sensors, flow transmitter, pressure transmitter, pressure switch and gauges, temperature transmitters and gauges etc). 6. modification of impulse line of pw systems (flow element & conductivity probe arrangement) for c&i instruments cutting, welding and wherever required. 7. dismantling, calibration, servicing and refixing jobs of all types of limit switch, pressure switch, pressure and differential pressure transmitter for ehg system and att of main turbine. 8. dismantling and refixing of feedback units of starting device and speeder gear jobs and other auxiliary jobs related to turbine governing system and lub oil system. 9. jb modification/shifting (if required) for 1 to 7 no bearing (approx. 20 nos) which are closely mounted to turbine casing are to be done by the bidder. 10. all low pressure, cutting, welding and fixing of valves and impulse lines or any other instruments which are required during turbine and generator and tdbfpa will be in bidders scope (20 nos 1/2” globe and gate valves, 20 nos impulse line joint.) 11. generator lld checking, servicing and calibration. 12. during dismantling, servicing or refitting if any materials or instruments is found in damaged/faulty condition, the party will replace the materials by new one which is in sgtpp’s scope. 13. after start up or synchronization, if it is found that there is any steam leakage & passing and vacuum related problems which have performed by the bidder during shutdown, then that will be rectified immediately by them. 14. tit-bit cable related jobs at instrument-side like re-routing and dressing will be performed if required. 15. all the consumables (like locktite, anabond, selastick, dpt etc.), all fitting & joints related items (nut & bolts, washers, cable glands, terminal block, cable channel etc.), all cutting and welding related materials should be supplied by the party. even party need to supply those materials which is not specified here for requirement of performing above jobs. 16. all tools and tackles required for performing all the above specified jobs will be arranged by the party.
