bids are invited for customized amc/cmc for pre-owned products - as per sow; as per sow; annual maintenance contract (amc); as per sow; yes this is a non-comprehensive operation and maintenance contract (omc). spares will be provided by rci, hyderabad flight motion simulator - 5 axis (fms-5), fms-3, fms-3 electric and dual target motion simulator (dtms) should be maintained in working condition during the maintenance contract period. valid original equipment manufacturer (oem) certificate / authorization certificate from the oem to be enclosed by the vendor to service m/s acutronic switzerland limited, switzerland products. four dedicated operators (qualified engineers with b.e./b.tech or equivalent) should be positioned at rci to look after the operation and minimum maintenance of fms-5, fms-3, fms-3 (electric) and dtms during the omc period. the operators should be trained by the oem to take care of immediate and minimum maintenance of any motion simulator all system operation performance check should be carried out every month along with rci engineer. mounting uuts, changing balancing weights, inertia tuning with the mounted uut on motion simulator, should be done by the firm. preventive maintenance checks to be carried out once in every 3 months calibration tests to be carried out once in a year tools, instruments and any other support equipment required for the calibration tests or service of any motion simulator to be brought by the firm. break down to be attended immediately within 24 hours. if the system is down for more than 24 hours downtime, penalty clause will be implemented. penalty clause: if simulator is down for 2 days, the contract period will be extended for 3 days on prorata after completion of the amc period. list of tests to be carried out once in one month: 1) functional tests of the overall system including interlocks 2) check cleanliness of system and visual inspection of the entire system. 3) check wiring and connectors of the system in the power cabinet, frame and also in the cable trenches. total quantity :
