annual maintenance and upkeeping of dhaniakhali inspection bunglow within block-dhaniakhali, p.s- dhaniakhali, g.p- belmuri and mouza - rudrani, under dhaniakhali irrigation section within jamalpur (i) sub-division of lower damodar irrigation division during the year 2025-26.- 1 washing and cleaning with soap water and rubbing with oil cloth in all types of floor and dado. 2 cleaning and disinfecting upto 2000 litre water tank including masonryreservoir. 3 cleaning wash basin/ sink with acid. 4 cleaning i.p.w.c. with acid. 5 cleaning e.p. or anglo-indian w.c. with acid. 6 cleaning urinal with channel with acid. each 7 cleaning glazed tiles with acid. 8 removing chokage of water closet. 9 removing chokage of urinal and waste trap. 10 supplying unskilled mazdoor (i) sheakhala section office 1 no per day 312 days for upkeeping. 11 supplying, fitting & fixing granite tiles 10mm to 12mm. thick in columns, wall, facia etc. with 15 thick [avg] cement mortar(1:2) including making suitable arrangements to hold the stones properly by brass / copper hooks including pointing in cement mortar (1:2) (1 white cement : 2 marble dust) with admixture of pigment matching the stone shades all complete as per direction of the engineer-in-charge including cost of all materials, labours, scaffolding, staging ,curing and roughening of concrete surface complete.[using cement slurry at back side of tiles@ 4.4 kg/sq.m & white cement slurry for joint filling @ 1.8 kg/sq.m]
