replacement of damaged valve accessories by newly supplied items for 18 inch dia delivery valve of pump unit no. 5 at mullick ghat pumping station- 1 dismantling of electrical power connection andcontrol connection for the actuator of valve withproper marking and tapeing the connection endswith proper insulation. also, dismantling theactuator from the valve spindle before taking upthe work 2 de - watering of manifold water to avoid anyleakage of water during opening of upper hubs s.vgate 3 arrangement for loosing nut & bolt of the upperhub of s.v & dismentling the same 4 dismantling, lifting of upper hub of the s.v from thevalve top by chain pully arrangement 5 lifting, dismantling s.v gate with arrangement offlange fixing to stop leakage of water 6 cleaning of upper hub of sv including sv gate slot. 7 supply & delivery of one gm spindle matching withthe existing box nut made of gm for 18 inch dia sluice gate valve of 0.625mgh pump. the spindle to be manufactured by proper machining turning threadcutting, polishing etc. 8 supply & delivery of one gm box nut matching withthe existing spindle for 18 inch dia sluice gate valveof 0.625mgh pump. the box nut to be manufactured byproper machining turning thread cutting, polishingetc. 9 manufacturing, supply & delivery of one c.i. gatefitted with g.m. rings (having cu-85%, zn-4 to 6%, pb-4to 6%, sn-4 to 6%)with set screw etc. (as per samplesupplied departmentally) but without spindle & nutfor 18 dia. sluice valve 10 to & fro transportation of c.i. gate and alliedaccessories from pump house work site tocontractors workshop and vice versa includingloading and unloading with proper care as perdirection of e.i.c. (upto 10 k.m.) 11 fitting fixing of s.v gate with spindle 12 fitting fixing of upper hub of s.v after necessarycleaning 13 new nut & bolts washer 4x1dia 14 reconnection (same and reverse as dismantling)electrical power & control connection for theactuator of valve & also refitted the actuator onthe valve spindle 15 supplying, fitting & fixing of cast iron pedestal stool of suitable size, conforming ofi.s. 210 of latest revision and as per approved drawing & direction of engineer in charge. the cost includes cost of materials, man power employed for dismantling and fitting fixing, civil works consumables like cutting tools, anchor bolt of required size, hire charges of machineries like lathe/ shaping machine, grinding machine, drillingmachine, tools & tacklesetc. including carriage loading & unloading. 16 sub total 17 gst 18% 18 cess 1%
