tender for hiring and operation of diesel engine driven centrifugal pump sets for dewatering near pond / school (naskarhati) on the left flank of bagjola khal at aa-iif during monsoon period.- 1 making temporary shed for storing fuel, lubricants and other necessarymaterials by supplyingbamboo, durma mat, corrugated iron sheet, rope etc. to carry out the work as per direction of e.i.c. 2 arrangement of diesel engine set & centrifugal pump set of following capacity along with related accessories i.e. hose pipe (upto 10 mtr.), clamp, foot valve etc. on daily hire basis for dewatering(a) centrifugal pump set of discharge capacity 15hp with suitable capacity diesel engine set for smooth operation of above pump2 sets [for 92 days during monsoon period] 3 hiring charges of hose pipe (additional length) including clamp etc. complete. (approx 200 mtr. long) 4 transportation of the above diesel engines & centrifugal pump along with all other necessary materials through any condition of road from agency’s godown to work site including loading, unloading & storage of fuel and lubricants as per direction. 5 temporary installation of the above diesel engine & centrifugal pump including connection of suction and delivery hose pipes and other accessories making arrangement of all materials required for the purpose as per direction of eic. 6 operation, maintenance & guarding of the above diesel engine coupled with centrifugal pump sets with engaging skilled personnel.[for 92 days during monsoon period] 7 running the above diesel engine coupled with centrifugal pump sets as and when requiredper day by supplying fuel lubricant and sundries required for the purpose as per direction of e.i.c.2 sets for 92 days (2 sets x 92 days x 4.5 hr./day x 11.19 kw) 8 transportation of the above diesel engines & centrifugal pump sets along with all other necessary materials through any condition of road from work site to agency’s godown including loading, unloading & dismantling of all pipe joints etc. and taking out the above machineries as per direction. 9 gst @18% of total value in amount 10 cess @ 1% oftotal value in amount
