bids are invited for custom bid for services - annual maintenance contract for battery operated platform trucks mpf reg no 3723 3724 3726 3727 and 3728 as per scope of work annexure a amc / cmc of fire extinguishers 1. preventive maintenance visit has to be carried out every alternate months and service to be carried out quarterly. a copy service carried out (service report) should be forwarded to user/maintenance dept for the reference and records. 2. the service/ maintenance of trucks should be carried out as per avnl mtpf working hours (8.30 am to 5.00 pm) no extra payment will be paid for extended hours. 3. the trucks and battery chargers should be thoroughly cleaned and maintained for proper functioning of the trucks. 4. the breakdown is to be attended within 48-hours from the time of intimation. 5. in addition to preventive maintenance / breakdown, your service engineer should periodically contact the user department/maintenance dept and ensure proper functioning of the trucks. 6. the vendor should attend any number of breakdowns related to the trucks (mechanical, electrical, and electronic). 7. avnl mtpf will not be responsible in the event of any injury/causality to your personnel while carrying out service; should take adequate safety precautions and also should adhere to the security norms. 8. the required tools/ equipment for repair servicing have to be brought by the vendor and the same will not be provided by avnl mtpe total quantity :
