tender for balance work for renovation of sports ground at gail complex, rpnhq, vadodara - balance works : a. laying of a 2nd layer of 4 thickness wet mixed macadam (wmm) with stone metal 53-20 mm gauge after compacting and consolidate by watering and powered steal wheel tandem roller. requisite slope need to be maintained. (specification for wmm as per cpwd/irc latest guideline).b. lay a 35 mm thick hot mix bituminous macadam course (uniform thickness throughout the court): providing and laying a bituminous macadam course of thickness 30mm or 35mm, mix aggregate size of 20mm, grade of bitumen shall be vg-30 grade followed by compacting by roller with power steel wheel tandem roller all complete at all heights and leads, as per site including providing prime coat and tack coat.(0.8 liter/m2 the material must bring from hot mix plant. c. lay a 20 mm thick hot mix asphalt concrete course (uniform thickness throughout the court): providing and laying a leveling course of asphaltic concrete aggregate size of 6mm to 10mm the grade of bitumen shall be vg30 grade thickness 20mm after compacting by roller with power steel wheel tandem roller all complete at all heights and leads, as per site after providing and laying bitumen tack coat. the material must bring from hot mix plant. bitumen content to be between 5 - 7.5%.d. seal coat with stone dust 6mm thick: providing and laying seal coat with stone dust/grit powder(180 micron and less than 2.36mm) including minimum bitumen mix by the bitumen grade shall be vg- 30 grade compacting by roller with power steel wheel tandem roller all complete at all height and leads as per site after providing tack coat.the preparation, compaction and levelling of the asphalt base shall be in line with the requirements of itf for medium pace hard courts or any other sports federations / sports contractors such as sai, american sports builders association, etc. and should match with the evenness criteria as prescribed in itf standards. laser level is to be used for ensuring desired slope and cost of same is included in overall cost of this line item. 2 providing & laying acrylic painted synthetic surface of medium pace as per itf standards (rebound ace or sportmaster or unica or decoturf or polska fabryka sportòw or plexicushion or kdf) court in tennis and pickleball courts. it includes 7 to 9 layers as per the itf approved specifications of respective make and as required for medium pace court:(1) one layer of primer coat.(2) one layer of resurfacer coat.(3) 2 to 4 layers of rubber coats (as per specification of respective make and as required for medium pace court).(4) 1 to 2 layer of base coats (as per specification of respective make and as required for medium pace court).(5) 1 to 2 layer of top coat (as per specification of respective make and as required for medium pace court).etc, application should be in line with itf approved specifications and standards of respective make. 3 proiding and laying line marking of lawn tennis & volleyball courts in line with itf & fivb standards as per direction. 4 proiding and laying line marking of pickleball court in line with ipf standards as per direction. 5 patch work wherever required in volleyball courtpatch work with acrylic repair binder of make rebound ace or sportmaster or unica or decoturf or polska fabryka sportòw or plexicushion or kdf (same brand to be chosen for line item no. 5 and 6) for repairing surface defects such as cracks, depressions, and holes on the concrete or asphalt surface where the acrylic system will be applied.application should be in line with approved product specifications and standards of the product. 6 providing & laying acrylic painted synthetic surface of make rebound ace or sportmaster or unica or decoturf or polska fabryka sportòw or plexicushion or kdf (same brand to be chosen for line item no. 5 and 6) in volleyball court. it include 5 layers:1) one layer primer coat.2) one layer resurfacer coat.3) two layer base coats.4) one layer top coatetc, application should be in line with approved specifications and standards of respective make.
