specified to squared rubble walling jodhpur type brought up to courses or regular course complete all as specified & directed by engineer-in-charge. 5 racking out joints/ pointing to squared rubble masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar, coursed or uncoursed in walls not less than 12mm deep, washing the joints, removing rubbish off the premises and keeping the surface to pointed or plastered wet for two days prior to re-pointing or plastering complete all as specified & directed by engineer-in-charge. 6 m&l keyed pointing in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with white cement and pigment to match the colour of stone to squraded rubble masonary coursedor un coursed complete all as specified & directed by engineer-in-charge. 7 taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls/ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off the premises and leaving the work clear of any plastering complete all as specified & directed by engineer-in-charge. 8 m&l 15 mm thick , plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on stone masonry wall surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work or one side of lathing and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including water proofing compound complete all as specified & directed by engineer-in-charge.note:- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separtely in respective item as supply only. 9 supply onlyliquid water proofing compound 10 m&l preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. 11 dismantling wroght iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified & directed by engineer-in-charge. 12 s&f, rolled mild steel framed work as in grills/railing/steps/guard bars/posts/strutc including cutting tops to save as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc,of angle or other section confirming to fe 290 (gde e-165) complete all as specified & directed by engineer-in-charge. 13 m&l preparation of new or previously untreatedsteel surface of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of red- oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified & directed by engineer-in-charge. 14 m&lpreparation of old steel surface of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) complete all as specified & directed by engineer in charge. 15 taking down steel gate from boundary wall and compound wall etc and refixing the same after repairs (welding, holdfast refixing etc) complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. 16 demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified & directed by engineer-in-charge. 17 m&l mild steel tmt bars 10mm dia and over as in reinforcement cut to length bent to shape required including bending,cranking and hooking ends and binding with and including ms wire (annealed) not less than
