tender for hiring of hydraulic excavator (210 tata hitechi or its equivelent) 1.00/1.35 cum (one point zero zero/one point three five cubic metres) bucket capacity to be deployed for removal of mucks, debries and other miscellaneous materials including cost of fuel oil lubricants and wages of operating staff. any repair/breakage during operation will be carried out by the contractor/owner at his own risk and cost including shifting of machinery from one place to other place will be absolute responsibility of the contractor. only actual working hours will be accounted for the payment earth cutting/removal of slips, excavation in all kinds of soil including loading in to tipper/trucks and disposal of all excavated earth in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.
