tender for provision of roof top solar plants totaling 250 kw at certain bldgs at bareilly under ge ( east) bareilly.; 1 phase-i 2 design, supply, installation , testing and commissioning of on-grid solar photovoltaic power on multiple buildings conforming to mnre specifications as amended consisting of (mono half- out bifacial/topcon) strength with following components complete all as specified and directed. 3 a).solar photovoltaic modules capacity550 wp or above, manufactured in india, conforming to iec 61215, iec 61730 ul 61730-1, ul 61730-2, solar photovoltaic conversion effciency shall not be less than 20% pv, modules used in soalr power plant/solar panel product warranty must be 12 years and 30 years for power output warranty. system must be warranted for their output peak watt capacity, which should not be less than 90% at the end of 10 years and 80% at the end of 30 years, 4 b).on-grid solar inverter should be equivalent to the solar pv system installed with dc input voltage range 600-1500 v and 340-440 v ac, three phase 50/60 hz (45-55hz/55-65 hz), output voltage suitable to generate ac power with efficiency not less than 97% suitable ambient temperature from 0 to 50 degree c. 5 c). data monitoring system with complete accessories. 6 d). fixing of array junction box and main junction box with ip65 protection and termination arrangement for incoming and outgoing cables along with glands, lugs and other accessories etc as required. 7 e). gi earthing 50mm(3 meter) required as per solar power plant with resistance value between 0-5 ohms module to module earthing required. 8 f). lightening arrestor and surge voltage protection required as per solar power plant. 9 g). safety devices like dcdb and acdb is also required as per solar power plant capacity. 10 h) dc or ac cables required should be of solar plant capacity and should follow mnre standards. 11 j) testing reports for wind speed and structure load baring capacity should be required and must follow mnre standards. 12 k) proper 2d layouts required for designing and installation of solar power plant. 13 l) installation of solar power plant and testing and commissioning must follow mnre standards. 14 note:-note :- (i) quoted rate deemed to be included 04 x bi- directional electric meter (one on each building), 04x pvc over head tank of capacity 1000 ltr (one on each building), 04 x 0.5 hp pump(one on each building) including necessary electric connection and upvc water pipe line of 25 mm dia alongwith accessories to cleaning and washing of solar pv module. (ii)the distrubed surface to be good on the roof to avoid any leakage inside the building. the rates for the treatment of disturbed roof suface to be included in quoted rate. 15 phase-ii 16 maintenance of 250 kw roof top solar power plant for first year after successful completion installation & testing of plant under phase-i maintenance of roof top 250 kw solar power plant complete system including maintenance of spv system, panels, power conditions unit (pcu)/inverters/string inverters with maximum power point tracker /tracking (mppt) etc feature certified by mnre for 250 kw roof top solar power plant for the first year. note :- (i) comprehensive annual maintenance (amc) under which the contractor shall maintain the spv power generation plant (which would cover all items supplied by the contractor under subject contract) 17 (ii) spare parts like solar photovoltaic pv modules , power conditions units (pcu)/inverters/stringinverters with maximum power point tracker/tracking (mppt) if required for replacement for successful operation of solar pv power plant during the currency of amc period for ist year shall be included in defect liability period of phase-i.(iii) periodical maintenance as oem recommendation on all parameters for spv plant operation and diagnosis, routine checking and cleaning of solar panels, preventive maintenance as required for smooth and trouble-free operating of the spvsystem (which would cover all items supplied by the contractor under provision contract) shall be carried out by the contractor during the service contract period. the contractor shall attend to calls of breakdown as and when required. 18 (iv) the contractor shall ensure generation of power to give output as per plant installed capacity failing apenal charges equal to two times the energy charges paid to state electricity board for the same will be imposed. (v) to take care of house keeping and maintain cleanliness of area upto 5 mtr all around installation and pv module strings shall be kept dust free absolutely neat and clean.(vi) to maintain the installation provided under this contract as per ie rules /standard engineering practice.(vii) periodical maintenance shall only be carried out by the authorised representative of the original equipment manufacturer (oem) of the plant. 19 (viii) electricity and water for maintenance and cleanliness of the plant will be supplied by the departrment free of cost. (ix) cleaning installtion including cleaning of panels and cleaning of surface under panels shall be carried out by the rep/staff of the contractor.(x) the contractor shall maintain accurate and upto date operating logs, records and monthly reports regarding operation and maintenance of the plant which shall include details of power output, other operating data, repairs performed and status of equipments on monthly basis for varification of eng-in-charge. (xi) any defects/shortcomings noticed shall be intimated to the departmentimmidiately. upon expiry of contract, the contractor shall handover all such records to deptt. 20 all as per item no. 2.01to 2.04 above,as mentioned here-in-before but for second year. 21 all as per item no. 2.01to 2.04 above, as mentioned here-in-before but for third year. 22 all as per item no. 2.01to 2.04 above,as mentioned here-in-before but for fourth year. 23 all as per item no. 2.01to 2.04 above,as mentioned here-in-before but for fifth year.
