bids are invited for customized amc/cmc for pre-owned products - thermotron chambers; thermotron chambers model s-4-8200 and s-1,5-3200; annual maintenance contract (amc); six-monthly; no s.no. 47969, 47970, 47967 & 47968 (sac: 998719) preventive maintenance: (2) two preventive visits (pm) will be made during the contract year. pm visits will be typically end of six months or as per the schedule shall be determined by the customer with 1-2 weeks advance notice to stech. the list of activities applicable to the equipment will be performed during the visit. e dust and dirt: cleaning of test space, refrigeration cabinet, condenser, evaporator, electrical section for dust and dirt. electrical air heater: check for heater condition and function. check for fuse composition & safety equipment e evaporator: verify for damages, corrosion and its operation e test space: verify for mechanical damages, corrosion, scaling, hinges, and lock, lighting, measuring and safety sensors. e air supply fans: check for proper operation of blower fans, for damages if any, noise generation etc., e compressor: check for damages, noise, suction and discharge pressure, oil leakage and power consumption factors etc.. e control unit: check for its cleanliness, relays, contactors, and safety interlocks. complete maintenance of the chamber, which includes refrigeration section, electrical & control section, chamber controller, interface system and software control. etc., e chiller water supply, pressure, flow rate, temperature quality, discharge temperature of water from the chamber will be examined and reported for any issues. e in addition, maintenance guidelines as recommended by original equipment manufacturer (oem) from time to time will be adopted. e chamber operation. upon completing the above mentioned tasks the chamber shall be tested for operation to verify for the standard specifications e breakdown maintenance: two breakdown visits per year during the contract period. e spares: the quote does not include cost of spares and consumables. required spares for maintenance to be provided by user, spares supplied by us will be invoiced separately. e down time penalty clause: if the operational maintenance is down by two working days, the maintenance contract will be extended for 5 days accordingly, after amc period. e annual maintenance contract for thermotron chambers is for period of 3 years. e payment shall be made twice in a year after amc visit against successful job completion certificate duly signed by td. e 2 visits per year and 6 visits for 3 years. total quantity :
