tender for shifting work of electrical utilities under edd, banda, 1 the work of erection of 33 kv/11 kv ht & lt lines due to shifting of above lines from vill. paprenda to chilla bye-pass for widthening/extension of road from banda-chilla road in banda city fed from 33/11 kv sub-station, chilla (banda) of edsd, pailani under full deposit scheme 2024-25 under edd, banda, including carriage of all required material from esc banda to work site, alongwith its loading, unloading & dragging at the respective ends and also safe carriage of old line material/scraped from site to store centre, if any. the bidder shall be responsible for complete execution of the work under the scope of tender specification. any work/activity not specifically indicated but is required for systematic execution of job shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra payment. details of the work as given below ;- 2 safe cartage of pcc pole 8.5 mtr. long from esc to site of work. 3 safe cartage of st pole 13 mtr. long from esc to site of work. 4 safe cartage of st pole 11 mtr. long from esc to site of work. 5 cartage of line material viz. weasl/dog conductor, gi wire, cross arm, earthing, xlpe/abc cable, stay, clamps, channel, angle etc. 6 erection of pcc pole 8.5 mtr. longas single support structure, including complete ht/lt fittings of all related accessories as per direction of engineer incharge/resspo manual. 7 erection of st pole 11/13 mtr. longas single support structure, including complete ht/lt fittings of all related accessories as per direction of engineer incharge/resspo manual. 8 erection of st pole 11/13 mtr. longas double pole structure, including complete ht/lt fittings of all related accessories as per direction of engineer incharge/resspo manual. 9 concreting/grouting of newly erected single pole structure on 8.5 mtr. pcc poles as per direction of supervising engineer/resspo manual. the support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 cu. mtr. each),including the cost of arrangement of cement, sand, brick ballast/stone ballast, stone pad etc. as per actual site requirement, including the cost of labour, t&p and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 10 concreting/grouting of newly erected single/double pole structure on 11/13 mtr. st poles as per direction of supervising engineer/resspo manual. the support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 cu. mtr. each),including the cost of arrangement of cement, sand, brick ballast/stone ballast, stone pad etc. as per actual site requirement, including the cost of labour, t&p and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 11 erection of stay set complete at digging of pit including the cost of grouting with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone in ratio 1:4:8 as per resspo norms alongwith nozeling & binding of stay set, stay. 12 fixing of earthing rod as per direction of supervising engineer/resspo manual, including the cost of labour, t&p etc. required for proper completion of work. 13 laying and sagging of acsr of weasl/dog conductor with stringing, binding & jumpering, including with fixing of all material as per site requirement for 33 kv/11 kv lines. 14 laying and sagging of abc cable 3x120+1x95+1x16 sq.mm., including with all material as per site requirement. 15 dismentling & removal of existing/erected old & damaged pcc/stp/joist/rail pole as single/double pole structure with its accessories from old lines due to shifting and loading/unloading & cartage of dismentled line material (scrape)/poles from site to store. 16 guarding of 11 kv over head lines crossing by laying two nos. gi wire parallel and fixing of lacings (tilli) at a distance at 2-3 mtr. as per resspo manual. 17 fixing of t-off channel alongwith fitting of all accessories as per resspo manual. 18 erection & fixing of lt distribution boxes on single pole/double poles including with abc cable. 19 fixing of danger board alongwith fitting of all accessories as per resspo manual. 20 making/construction of new plinth for 250 kva t/f & erection of bericating (fencing) of t/f as per resspo manual. all material related to erection of plinth & fencing (bericating) arranged by contractor at his own cost. the material used in execution of work should be the best quality, including the cost of labour, t&p and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 21 chopping of tree branches coming in the vicinity of the lines during execution of the above works.
