tender for term contract for artificer works at tech area; to perform such services and execute such works upon the terms & conditions contained in or referred to in the documents for the period of 12 months from the date of acceptanceapplicablity of the ssr shall be as under :-(a)mes ssr part-i 2009 (specifications) together with amendment no 1 to 3(b)mes ssr part-ii 2020 (rates) together with amendment no 1 to 122term contract for artificer works at tech area of icgas damannotes :-(i) the bidder have to select the option excess (+) or less (-) available at the cell address e4 of the boq to quote the percentage above or below mes standard schedule of rates 2020 respectively.(ii) the bidder have to insert the amount at the cell address f4 of the boq to quote the percentage above or below mes standard schedule of rates 2020.(iii) amount inserted by the mes under rate column and the total amount reflected in this page is a rough guidance and for reference only.similarly the quoted amount worked out based on percentage rate quoted by the bidder shall also be treated as rough and for reference only.the acceptance of contract offer shall be done for quoted percentage rate on mes ssr 2020.the work order for various works/services shall be placed for amount worked out/price on the rates contained in mes ssr 2020 part-ii duly adjusted by percentage rate quoted by the bidder.
