tender for annual overhauling of gt-3 (250mva, 15.75/420kv) during overhauling of unit no. 3 - overhauling of gt-3 (250mva, 15.75/420kv) during overhauling of unit no. 3 of 3x210 mw ‘a’tps, anpara (sonebhadra) - transportation of empty oil storage tanks (25 kl) on the site of gt-3 from site of gt-1. 2 dismantling and assembly of hv/lv links, jumpers and bellows etc. 3 dismantling and assembly lv and neutral bushing, lv turret, etc.( proper replacement of gaskets and o-rings) and replacement ofwti, oti, buccholz relay ,rprr , etc. along with replacement of all three phases bushing off seal and rubber bus duct bellows. 4 replacement of gaskets of oil header pipe lines, all inspection cover of gt-3 top cover &re-visioning ofboth butterfly valves of 250 mm. nb. 5 repairing of lv wall shunt of all three phases of gt-3. 6 repairing of hv wall shunt of all three phases of gt-3. 7 dry out process of gt-3 until dew point of (-) 20°c is achieved. 8 overhauling of cooling fans & oil circulating pumps of gt-3 as per scope of work. 9 overhauling of radiators (32 nos.) as per scope of work. 10 overhauling/replacement/servicing of butterfly valves (64no.) of radiator (100 mm nb). 11 draining & refilling of transformer oil of gt-3 after its centrifuging. 12 painting of gt-3 of unit no. 3, surface area= 2750 sq. mtr. (approx.).
