bids are invited for operation and maintenance of other machines and plants - complete system the equipment oxair model oa 1000 (five in number) supplied and installed will form the total camc of oxygen generation psa plant including air compressor, drier, carbon tower. air receiver. adsorption towers, oxygen receiver, filters, valves, control panel, hmi, associated control cables, pipe lines and sensors. the plant along with these components or any other required materials for repairs, maintenance and replacement arising from camc shall be borne by the bidder. further this comprehensive annual maintenance contract and shall entitle the following during validity of this contract: - a) periodic preventive maintenance of the plant along with its components will be carried out on quarterly or 2000 hourly basis by service engineer. b) supply of consumables replacement parts like filter elements, oil, refrigerant, seals etc on free of cost basis. certain parts like line filters, oxygen sensor ete has periodic life. such replacements as included in the camc. any defects/malfunction of parts like plc, hmi, compressor parts. dryer parts, pressure transducer etc may need replacement, cost of such items are inclusive in the camc.. c) replacement/ repairs of defective parts on free of cost basis with new or serviceable parts. d) attending to breakdown calls and rectification works within 24 hrs. e) annually one visit by a senior representative and submission of all periodic maintenance records. f) co-ordination for timely routine maintenance of compressor at quarterly, half yearly and yearly servicing as applicable. g) entire labour charge and cost of spares and consumables for these services are inclusive in the camc contract. h) on-line monitoring of plant remotely from bidder central monitoring office to ensure increased productivity, elongated life and corrective actions as necessary. i) upgrading of software for reduction of power consumption on foc basis. j) submission of oxygen gas purity certificates every six monthly basis from a recognised lab. k) online monitoring of the plant to ensure increased productivity and elongated life if net provided by the customer. total quantity :
