nctps ii civil maintenance circle civil maintenance division repair and maintenance works to the power house building chiller room at nctps ii- 1 replacing damaged false ceiling with 8mm thick calcium silicate perforated board designed and size 600mm x 600mm including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, t & p, etc., complete and as directed by the engineer incharge of the work 2 repair and modification of damaged door frame hinges,frames and shutter and fixing in the position including the cost of materials, fabrication, providing hinges, dismantling the masonry and fixing etc., complete. 3 providing p.c.c 1:2:4 using 20mm hbg metal including cost of all materials, lead, lift, curing etc., complete for entrance of swass room. 4 providing two legged scaffolding for outer surface and inner surface painting using 15 cm dia casuarina props, distance between two rows being 1.25m and spacing of posts being 2m in both rows, with two horizontal posts with 0.50m overlap on either side and braces at 2m c/c including logitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing a platform with c.w.planks of 40mm thick and 1m width etc., complete using coir and nails. 5 inner wall colour washing with interior emulsion old inner wall surface and applying one coats of interior primer and two coats of interior emulsion paint of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, t & p etc. complete and as directed by the engineer at site. 6 colour washing with one coats of exterior primer two coats with exterior emulsion paintfor outside wall including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, t & p etc. complete and as directed by the engineer at site. 7 charges for cleaning the surface with sand / shot blasting, scaffolding and three coats of painting with a total dry film thickness (dft) of 190 to 225 microns i.e. painting with one coat zinc phosphate epoxy primer (60-70 microns), two coats of epoxy finish grey paint (130-160 microns dft) of steel surface including cost of epoxy primer, epoxy finish grey paint, thinner, including hire charges for t&ps and cost of consumables 8 supplying, and fixing of wired / plain glass in the existing steel windows and ventilators, including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, t &p , etc. complete. 9 providing, fabricating and fixing in position powder coated anodized aluminium partly glazed single leaf door using aluminium box section of size 45 x 45 x 2 mm for top, middle and sides, 100 x 45 x 2mm for bottom, partly panelled with 9mm prelaminated board (novapan or equivalent) and partly glazed with 5mm thick plain glass (saint gobain or equivalent) lock, d type handles on both sides, hinges at top and bottom, door stopper, door closure etc., including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, t & p, etc., complete and as directed by the engineer incharge of the work. 10 supplying and fixing in position anodized aluminum sliding glazed window in two tracks with frame bottom gutter , 61.85x37mmx1.055kg/m & side /top 62x29.5mmx0.695kg/m and shutter lock 39x20mmx0.605kg/m, bottom 41x20mmx0.355kg/m , side 39x20mmx0.488kg/m , 6mm wired glass , rubber beading center lock etc including the cost of all materials , labour, lead, lift etc., complete.
