Fabricating and Welding the new Main base plate, Scrapper & its stiffeners, Guide plates, Wings top plate & Wings bottom plates, Guide beams, Anchors, Center collar shaft, End collar, Center collar and Stiffener plates to the High profile band elements, Executing heat treatment process for homogeneity, Painting the entire High profile band element as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including the charges for Material cost, Machining cost, Bending charges, loading & Unloading, Transporting charges, AllT&P required, consumables, safety appliances, labour charges etc. 2 Less Charges for Old Scrap in High Profile Band Elements (To be Reconditioned).
