thorough reconditioning of 12 nos of identified high profile band elements of materials sa 387 gr.12 / 15 cr. mo - for drycon conveyor system in bottom ash handling system from band element sl.no. 1 to 135 during annual overhauling 2025-26.; 1 charges for removing the worn out components of the high profile band elements such as main base plate,scrapper & its stiffeners, guide plate on both sides of the high profile band elements, wings top plate & wings bottom plates on both sides, guide beams, anchors, centre collar shafts, end collars, centre collars, stiffener platesand removing the bends if any in high profile band elements. fabricating and welding the new main base plate, scrapper & its stiffeners, guide plates, wings top plate & wings bottom plates, guide beams, anchors, center collar shaft, end collar, center collar and stiffener plates to the high profile band elements, executing heat treatment process for homogeneity, painting the entire high profile band element as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge including the charges for material cost, machining cost, bending charges, loading & unloading, transporting charges, allt&p required, consumables, safety appliances, labour charges etc. 2 less charges for old scrap in high profile band elements (to be reconditioned).
