tender for term contract for zone c under age (i) raiwala; contractor shall insert in row (quoted rate in figures) here-in-below their rate percentage by opting less or excess option for below or above the rates contained in mes ssr-2020 (part-ii) rates. if net schedule rates are offered at par with mes schedule, 0 (zero) should be inserted in percentage box. the less/ excess percentage inserted by the contractor here-in-below shall be deemed firm irrespective of calculations/ amount generated elsewhere in this boq template. the contractor shall be allowed to insert the percentage only upto two decimal places. note:- (i)irrespective of amount generated in boq template, the net contract sum shall be as shown in appendix a to notice of e-tender as mentioned in tender documents as uploaded in pdf format.
