(2nd call) -2 supply, installation, commissioning of spectrometer (stationery metal analyzer) at cidco material testing laboratory, sanpada navi mumbai. the direct reading optical emission spectrometer shall be factory calibrated with basic hardware and software. the spectrometer shall be supplied with calibration certificate from nabl accredited laboratory along with software installed in specified laptop at supplier’s cost. the spectrometer shall be supplied with all the required accessories such as 2-stage metal diaphragm argon regulator, two argon gas cylinders, sample preparation machine grinding & pointing station, standard wire and rod adaptor, floor standing pedestal for spectrometer with facility to accommodate peripherals, samples, crms, tools and consumables. the spectrometer shall be supplied with 3kva online ups with isolation transformer and backup of at least 30mins. the spectrometer shall be site-upgradable to add bases / matrices / elements. the rate shall include amc of one year from the certified date of installation & commissioning. the rate shall be inclusive of all taxes, duties, any local levies, but excluding gst. 3 comprehensive annual maintenance contract (amc) for spectrometer, sample making machine and supplied accessories including training, calibration from nabl accredited calibration laboratory, supply of crms, regular service, on call assistance, supply of standard operational spares & consumables excluding argon gas only. the rate shall be inclusive of all taxes, duties, any local levies, but excluding gst.
