tender for renewal of didhari tola road. - providing, laying, wbm grade-3 with 22.4-53mm size stone ballast, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled static roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. grading 3 as per clause 405.3 (including all taxes required & i/chire charges of road roller)(excluding g.s.t.) 2 providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (vg-10) using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surfacetreated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 (including all taxes required & including cost of bitumen vg-10)(excluding g.s.t.) 3 providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2mm, 11.2 mmaggregates in proportion of 2:1 usingvg-10 bitumen@ 1.46 kg per sqm to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 80-100 kn static rollar capacity, finished to required level and grades to be fallowed by seal coat as per technical specification clause 508, including cost of bitumen grade vg-10(excluding g.s.t.) 4 providing and laying seal coat by manual means with vg-10 grade bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using type c as per technical specification clause 510 (including all taxes required and hire charges of road roller & including cost of bitumen )(excluding g.s.t.)
