mtps-ii(1x600mw) – mill plant division- ac & ventilation system- - overhauling of unitary air washer units of various capacities at various locations and replacing of damaged line in near chiller unit in mtps ii during aoh / coh 2025 – 26- 1 charges for overhauling of 13000 cmh air washer centrifugal fan at chp building by dismantling the centrifugal fan, fan body, impeller casing, impeller - shaft assembly, pillow block and bearing, discharge ducts, vcd, bellows etc., renewal of wornout parts, replacing of damaged base plates, channels, angles etc., and assembling the same after completion of work. checking and rectifing the foundation arrangments, providing vibration pads, aligning, trial run, balancing, vibration checking and commisioning, including cost of cost of consumables like cutting gas, welding, t&p, lead and lift etc., 2 charges for removal of blower, replacing the wornout bed frames, base plates, channels, angles etc., and assembling the blower after completion of work in unitary air washer unit at 400 kv gis building, providing vibration pads, aligning, trial run, balancing, vibration checking and commisioning, including cost of cost of consumables like cutting gas, welding, t&p, lead and lift etc., 3 charges for replacing the damaged ms erw water line (from cooling tower to chiller unit) 150nb & re-routing the same in chiller unit at tg building 0 mtr by cutting, laying and welding etc., including the cost of consumables, lead, lift etc., 4 material charges for ms 90° bend 150 nb including the cost of transporting, lead, lift etc., 5 material charges for ms erw 150 nb pipe including the cost of transporting, lead, lift etc.,
