bids are invited for custom bid for services - 189000 repair, maintenance, and installation of plant/ systems/equipments (version 2) repair, maintenance and installation of plant/ systems/equipments 1. lighthouse roof top fencing pipes found to be corroded/deteriorated. same to be repaired/ renewed as per sample. job involves welding, renewal of gl pipes with two layer paint. 2. cracks found in fencing concrete pillar. the concrete pillar to be repaired. 3. earthing pipe corroded. same to be repaired/ renewed as per sample. 4. radar platform, ladder and antenna base are found to be corroded/deteriorated. corroded area be grinded and painted with double coating. if the same is not feasible, the badly deteriorated portion be renewed alongwith nut/bolts. painting of radar platform. 5. lightning protection system antenna joint area damaged. same to be repaired. 6. wind sensor supporting rod/ clip corroded. same to be repaired/renewed as per sample. 7. v-sat antenna basement found damaged/ deteriorated. same to be repaired. 8. v-sat antenna mount is corroded in several places. same to be made good. job includes grinding, two layer painting, greasing, renewal of nut/ bolts. all movable parts to be made free for rotation.
