bids are invited for custom bid for services - 2750000 repair, maintenance and installation of plant/ systems/equipments servicing of 11kv /3.3 kv ht breaker(630a to 3000a), type- vm12, insulation level :12kv/28kv/75kvp or 3.6kv/10kv/40kvp , breaking capacity:40ka at 11kv/3.3 kv, making capacity : 100kap ht breaker servicing/overhauling: 1. cleaning of vcb using a vacuum cleaner, petrol, and crc226 (or equivalent cleaning agent). 2. replacement of major damaged components, if necessary. 3. inspection and corrective maintenance of the spring charging mechanism. 4. examination of breaker jaw contacts with necessary repair or replacement. 5. tightening of all nuts, bolts, and fasteners. 6. alignment of breaker jaws with the busbar during bus shutdown, if required. 7. application of grease at designated points to ensure smooth breaker operation. 8. inspection and adjustment of mechanical assemblies and parts such as rollers, bearings, and shafts, including replacement if needed. 9. checking and replacement of defective micro switches and limit switches. 10. inspection and necessary corrective action for close and trip coils. 11. cleaning and inspection of the vacuum interrupter chamber. 12. measurement and verification of breaker closing and tripping times. 13. any additional work required during the servicing/overhauling process, though not specifically listed above, shall be considered included in the scope of work.
