drilling and fixing with steel fasteners 125 mm long, 12 mm dia bolts at any height and in any position as required and directed by engr-in- charge.(rate are including height upto 12.00 mtr with scalfolding) 4 dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 5 m&l for coloured glazed ceramic joint freee tiles in vertical surface 350x250mmx7mm / 450x300 x7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tiles including taking down cement plaster, wall tiles and rendering 10mm thick plastering in cm 1:4 on brick wall complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 6 m&l for ceramic non-skid colouredtiles (1st quality/ premium quality)7 to 8mm thick, (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm as in floorsset and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured or whiteor coloured cement to match the colour of tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortarin cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 7 m&l for light shed vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square /rectangular), polished area of each tiles not exc 0.38 sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cm (1:6)complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 8 m&l for vitrified ceramic light or any shade tiles 10mm thick (square /rectangular), polished (ist quality/premium quality), area of each tiles n exc 0.36 sqm in verticle surfaces etc, laidover and including 10 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles,complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 9 demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 10 m&l for brick work with sub class b bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 11 all as per item no.6 above but except bricks complete all as specified and directed. note : bricks obtained from demolition of brick work shall be reused after cleaning complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 12 taking down cement plaster of any description on brick, concrete, ceiling surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down withwater etc complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 13 m&l for 15mm thick rendering in cm 1:6 on any faces of brick or concrete surfaces of walls and finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 14 m&l for 15mm thick rendering in cm 1:4 on brick surfaces of walls & finishing the surface even & smooth with water proofing compoundcomplete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. note : water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately. 15 m&l for rendering 10mm thick in cm 1:3 on ceiling surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 16 supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 17 m&l for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 18 m&l for preparation ofnew plastered surfaces of walls and applying applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion (washable) on wall complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 19 m&l for applying three coats of white wash on ceilling including preparation of new plastered or un-plastered surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 20 m&l for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primercomplete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 21 m&l for 18-20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillar, window cills, cooking platforms and like and laid over and including 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.
