tender for repair works for escorts hydramoc crane - model no:008; 1 charges for overhauling the engine components like cylinder head, cylinder block, timing gear, crank shaft including the cost of. head valve, sleeve & guide, piston rings & liners, crank shaft bearing & connecting rod bearings, consumables and t &p hire charges. 2 charges for overhauling the diesel pump, fuel injection assembly and replacing of nozzle filters/ gaskets, coupling bolts and cleaning the diesel tank including the cost of oil filter & diesel filter, engine oil seal & gasket, timing chain,love joy coupling set, nozzle, element valve, delivery valve pump crank shaft bearing lift pump assembly, consumables and t & phire charges. 3 charges for overhauling of self starter, dynamo, and radiator, water pump including the cost of self motor, dynamo consumables. and t & p hire charges. 4 cost of works for dismantling and refixing of lift jack and replacing of wornout oil seal kit 1 set including cost of oil seal kit and required t& p hire charges.after completing the works including t& p’s . 5 cost of works for dismantling and refixing of steering jack and replacing of wornout oil seal kit 1 set and new pin bush 4 nos including cost of oil seal kit, pin bush and required t& p, consumables etc. 6 charges for dismantling and re fittings of front and rear wheel assembly, changing the brake master cylinder 1 set, brake lining complete set, liner spring set, brake oil and wheel bearing, grease packing, rear wheel top oil seals and new silencer muffler and including t& ps hire charges and consumables etc. 7 charges for complete cleaning water servicing, grease packing, painting and letter writing, including cost of paint, grease and other consumables and t & p hire charges.
