bids are invited for custom bid for services - nlcil-bp-mines- fabrication & supply of safety boards at barsingsar lignite mine printing and photocopying service fabrication & supply of safety boards at barsingsar lignite mine as per scope of service and special terms condition of contract. it includes 1) fabrication of safety board (total quantity 40 nos.) of size 6 feet (width) x 3 feet (height) of iron frame of size 25 mm x 25 mm square pipe with 2 mm thickness (frame size of 6 feet x 3 feet will be supported by joint post/bar of same size of pipe at its center along its 6 feet width. it includes primer and enamel paint coating, design & printing matter arrangement by firm as per nlcil direction, printing on star flex (340 gsm), sticking on frame, supply, and installation/fixing on wall/pole at barsingsar lignite mine site as per direction of nlcil. 2) renovation of old safety board (total quantity 240 nos.) of size 30 inch (width) x 45 inch (height) of iron frame including removal of old from electrical pole of mine site, taken to workshop for renovation of same, welding (if any damage frame), primer and enamel paint coating , design & printing matter arrangement by firm as per nlcil direction, printing on star flex (340 gsm), sticking on frame, supply, & installation on electric lighting pole of mine in two way direction opposite to each other(i.e. two boards on each electric lighting pole) total quantity :
