tender for patch repair of sh and mdr road under pd pwd mainpuri - providing, laying, spreading of graded stone aggregate (wmm) aftermixing with water at omc in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying with 1% opc cement and 3.5% emulsion in uniform single layer sub base/subgrade and compacting with the road roller to achieve the desired density. (excluding gst.) 2 repair to pot holes and removal of loose material, trimming of sides, cleaning of surface by providing tack coat, 20 mm thick pre-mix carpetpremix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates with vg-10 bitumen compelet as per morth specification.(excluding gst.) 3 1- emulstion/bitumen v.g.-10 shall be issued free of cost on the basis actual consumption from the centralstore pd, pwd, mainpuri 2- there shall be no claim of contractor, if the material is not issued by the department due to non-availability in store or any other reason.3- the unconsumed material issued in excess of bonafide consumption norms, shall have to be returned back to the store as mentioned above, failing which a recovery at the penatative rate, i.e., double the issue rate shall be made from the contractor’s bill.4- contractor have to return empty bitumen drums / emulsion drums immediately, failing which a recovery at the punitive rate i.e., rs. 3000 per drum shall be recovered from the contractor’s bill.5- the departmental road roller if spare, shall be made available to the contractor at site @ rs. 2500 per day including pol charges, wages of driver and cleaner. if roller is kept idle due to non-availability of material or labour, recovery @ rs. 2500 per day shall be made from contractor’s bill for idle period. 6- all material should be from approved quarry.
