tender for supply and construction of ug fol tank 20 kl; 1. tech spec for proc of fuel storage tk with frp coating (cap 20 kl each). general description of fuel storage tank with frp coating is as under:- (a) industrial use. (b) storage tk with 20000 ltrs capacity with 5% air space. (c) material & manufacturing. is 10987-1992 (reaff 2022) (d) fabrication of tanks & connected accessories. the fabricator shall be required to fabricate the fuel storage tks of specific capacity as per drawing & standards, including, internal &external structural/ fittings, decanting pump with flow meter, decanting hose pipe fuel dispenser, electric panel and other connected accessories etc. (e) tank to be placed under ground and filled with coarse sand. one layer of pcc block (1:2:4) using 20mm graded aggregate of size 400x200x200mm masonry shall be constructed above gl all around the ug fol tank. (f) steel casing over motor & dispensing unit should be provided by vendor. (detail sketch as approved by accepting officers) (g) the tank should be supplied with ms platform and ground should be leveled and uniform before placing the tank. (i) platform to be given offset of 150mm all side of fol tank. (ii) platform to be raised height of 150mm from ground level and to be fabricate in 3mm ms plate with necessary frame work to make it capable to withstand the fully filled fol tank. note:- fuel tank to be designed and produced by vendor duly vetted from indian oil corporation limited (iocl) and submit to accepting officer for approval with 15 days after placement of so. no 01 2. fabrication of tanks. the fabricator shall be required to fabricate the fuel storage tks of specific capacity as per our drawing & standards, including supply of steel plates, internal & external structural/ fittings and finishes.
