supply of emergency diesel generators (edg) design, engineering, procurement, fabrication, inspection, testing, transportation, and supply of the emergency diesel generators to be installed at numaligarh refinery limited (nrl), assam , 6.6 kv, 1800 kw (prime rating) @ 0.8 pf, 50 hz indoor type emergency diesel generator (edg) set along with vacuum circuit breaker (vcb) panels (3 nos. edg incomers & 1 no. outgoing), auxiliary mcc, generator control & relay panel/amf panel/synchronizing panel comprising of load sharing/ shedding controller, neutral grounding resistor (ngr) & neutral isolating switch (nis), battery & charger, condition monitoring (cm)/ asset performance management(apm) module etc. as required and all associated components & accessories.other details as per the material requisition ( mr) , mandatory spares for sr no 1.1 , scope as per material requisition ( mr) , third party inspection charges for sr no 1.1 . , site work (installation, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning), scope as per material requisition ( mr) , training charges for two numbers of owner’s engineer at manufacturing works for 3 days for the operation and maintenance of edg. , training chargesfor two numbers of owner’s engineer at site for one week for the operation and maintenance of edg , transportation: for indegenious bidders : inland transportation charges by road of all supplies from vendor’s works / shop to project site, numaligarh refinery, golaghat, asaam/ rail transportation up to nmgs/numaligarh refinery project siding. , extended warranty for 24 months after completion of defect liability period as per tender.
