bids are invited for mce-393 swicthboard for 3rd stream post-desilication agitators supply of switchboards which includes design, manufacturing, testing & inspection at oem works. complete switchboard shall be type tested assemblies,metal clad,totally enclosed,rigid,compartmentalised design, vertically floor mounted with main bus bars of electrolytic grade aluminium ,extensible cubicle type for use on low voltage power ,415v,3ph,4 wire 50 hz system and as per is:8623. the subject mcc switchboard shall have :02 nos of 1000 amp rated acb operated incomers,10 nos of direct on line starting draw out type outgoing motor feeders of 30kw rating ( full voltage non reversible); 04 nos of direct on line starting draw out type outgoing motor feeders of 18.5kw rating ( fvnr); 06 nos of direct on line starting draw out type outgoing motor feeders of 5.5 kw rating ( fvnr); 02 nos of 2kva 415/230v ac control transformers, marshalling terminal box cum control changeover panel with minimum of 500 nos din rail mounted terminal block suitable for termination of cables upto 6sqmm(with suitable cable duct for cable dressing). the panel should be provided with: 10 numbers of 6amp, 3 way 8 pole selection switch (for ready to start, run ,trip & plc start ), 10 numbers 6a, 3 way, 4 pole (min) rotary switches (for local and remote current indication).the switches should be door mounted. all control wiring including control changeover switch shall be wired upto mtb. there should be sufficient space for termination of minimum 50 control cables of size: 14cx2.5 sqmm inside panel. all external cable supply and connection will be in the scope of nalco. all withdrawable modules should have closed door operation i.e module racking operation should be possible with module door closed. the technical specification includes the following annexures. a.annexure 01: technical specification b.annexure 02: data sheet c.annexure 03: protection relay datasheet d.annexure 04: mandatory commission total quantity : 12
