bids are invited for custom bid for services - gsm sim based smart integrated burglar and fire alarm system amc of integrated security and surveillance system supply, installation, commissioning & maintenance of gsm-sim enabled smart & integrated fire cum burglar alarm system in branches unde supply, installation, commissioning & maintenance of gsm-sim enabled smart & integrated fire cum burglar alarm system in branches unde 1. cabinet of integrated alarm panel : ➢ integrated alarm system panel should be housed in a powder coated metallic cabinet/box (or) ➢ should be made of fire retardant material. 2. tamper proof body : ➢ integrated alarm system panel should be tamperproof. ➢ should trigger alarm if attempted to tamper with. 3. zone(s) & deployment : ➢ system should have 8 zones. [ out of which ] ➢ 6 zones (minimum) should be for intrusion. and ➢ 2 zones (minimum) should be for fire detection. 4. extendable control panel (key pad) : ➢ the integrated alarm panel should be compatible for installing the main panel (deep) inside the premises in a camouflaged manner, and controllable through wired control panel with extendable cable length of 10 mtrs or more. ➢ wired control panel could be housed at a convenient place in the branch, not directly visible. 5. closed loop circuit / tamper proof cable network : ➢ system to work in closed loop circuit and should raise alarm if the circuit gets cut / disconnected. ➢ tamper proof switch to protect system from getting neutralized by raising alarm. 6. built-in auto dialer function : system to have built-in auto-dialer module, raising alarm via call besides notification by sms alert and/or mobile app / web app. 7. minimum connection capacity of switches / sensors / devices : ➢ for intrusion detection (i) 8 panic switches in series or parallel, or both (ii) 4 to 5 magnetic switches in series or parallel, or both (iii) 2 to 3 vibration sensors in series or parallel, or both. (iv)2 to 3 shutter sensor in series or parallel or both. ➢ for fire detection (i) 3 heat sensors in series. (ii) 6 to 8 smoke detector in series. (iii) 8. battery & built-in speaker(s) : ➢ system to have a built in speaker and a built in battery. ➢ such built-in battery to have sufficient power (not less than 12 v 7 ah capacity). 9. hooter / siren : ➢ to be able to connect with 2 hooters for intrusion alert and 2 hooters for fire alert. ➢ intrusion alert and fire alert to produce different and identifiable sound. [ to install one siren / hooter each inside the branch and another one outside the branch at a good height, not easily reachable and difficult to be damaged ]. 10. by passing / isolation of zone(s) : ➢ system to be compatible to zone bypassing / isolation for keeping any required zone isolated. [ required to cater in the event of a snag in any zone ] 11. remote / smart monitoring & gsm-sim (3g & 4g gsm ) enabled : ➢ system compatible with remote (3g & 4g sim/) activation/de activation via sms. ➢ control through mobile / web app preferable, besides control through sms. ➢ should be able to generate alert/notification, if night mode not activated by 8 pm (or at any other ‘cut-off time’ assigned). 12. operation history / event log : ➢ system should save operation history / log of events, for future retrieval. (if required) ➢ should be able to save minimum 500 such event logs. 13. gsm-sim (3g, 4g and volte) compatible : ➢ to be compatible with gsm-sim (3g, 4g and volte) to enable auto dialer function. ➢ connectivity required to enable data transfer for activation / deactivation through android / ios / web based application (if any) and for future scalability. ➢ should be compatible to arming / unarming through short coded sms from ‘mobile numbers uploaded as recognized user (s)’ and also through android / ios / web based application. 14. availability of multiple user levels : ➢ level 1 - system access through web app / mobile app to branch manager for ‘own branch alone’, with full control. ➢ level 2 [desirable] – additional ‘limited access’ to second line to monitor alarm system installed at their respective branch through web app / mobile app. 15. certificate from oem : ➢ participating vendor to submit undertaking issued by oem (mac - manufacturer’s authorisation certificate), to provide free service through system integrator (si) during warranty period. ➢ also undertaking for seamless supply of spares for a total period of 05 years. ➢ certificate issued by oem (enclosed as form - k ) to be provided by si. 16. certification of equipment : ➢ the system/technology and the android / ios app / web ap (if any) should have bis or fc or ce (european conformity) or should be ertl certified total quantity :
