tender for post att to certain buildings in domestic area at af station bhisiana under ge (af) bhisiana; 1 material & labour for post constructional anti termite treatment along the external and internal wall below concrete or masonny apron or below tiles using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 liters per linear meter including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron complete all specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 2 material & labour for post constructional anti termite treatment of soil under exisiting floors using emulsion @ 1.00 litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified andas directed by engr-in-charge. 3 material & labour for post constructional anit termite treament at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia hole at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 4 material & labour for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) light shade, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in cm (1:4) for laying floor finishes including dismantling complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 5 material & labour for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each the exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in cm (1:4) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 6 dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.
