tender for design & construction of ors married accommodation as evi at ambala station on epc mode; planning , designing and construction of rcc residential building for design & construction of def md accomodation at ambala in epc mode including preparation of detailed engineering for development of architectural, construction and structural drawings etc, structure analysis & design duly vetted from iit/nit planning, designing & execution of services i.e topography survey, soil investigation , site clearanceand site development,internal water supply , internal electrification work,plumbing,road path and culverts, external water supply, bore well, external electric supply, sewage disposal, area drainage, fencing compound wall and steel gate, lifts, fire fighting system, lightening protection, stand by power supply (dg set), sewage treatment plant, manufacture and supply of furniture, manning & operation complete as per approved drawings and as per directions of engineer-in-charge including comprehensive maintenance and operation of e/m installations, infrastructure complete.the work shallbe executed as per detailed/technical specificationmentioned in tender and as per direction of the engineer-in-charge. besides, any other work/ services/utility, which is not included above but essential for the completion of the project,thesame shall be deemed to be included in this item.lump sum price worked out by the contractor .obtaining all statutory clearances and certifications are included in the scope of work
