annual maintenance contract for electrical installations and two nos. of indoor electrical substations at ubkv, pundibari campus, cooch behar for the financial year 2024-2025.- 1 deputation of manpowercharges for throughinspection, supervision, cleaning(atleast twice a month) and electrical maintenance of electrical installation and two nos of substations comprising of 4 nos of 500 kva dry type transformers, ht gears, lt gears,lt panels, feeder pillar boxes including petty maintenance and operation of one no of 200 kva dg set (make cummins jackson) and three nos of 62.5 kva dg set (make kirloskar) and allied electrical installations at the substations incl. maintenance and operation & petty maintenance and operation of pump and electrical installations (if any) excluding terms and condition covered by the original equipment manufacturer oem) including the availability of all the essential electrical instruments, viz., clampon meter,thermal imager/temperature gun, tong tester, earth tester/megger and comprehensive allied maintenance related instruments and as directed by eic to ensure smooth electrical functioning of the substations with the help of following workmen as per direction of eic: 2 skilled workman:01(one) skilled for one shift( 9 am to 5 pm ) for 12 months [26(twenty six) working days per month] 3 semi-skilled workmen: 01(one) semi skilled for one shift( 9 am to 5 pm ) for 12 months [26(twenty six) working days per month] 4 un-skilled workmen: 01(one) helper for one shift( 9 am to 5 pm ) for 12 months [26(twenty six) working days per month] 5 licensed supervisor (national or equivalent) must inspect all sites monthly and as required or directed by je/ae/ee. multiple logbooks should be maintained daily to record various parameters. all faults must be attended to and rectified immediately, as per the detailed terms and conditions. non-compliance with any condition, irregular supervisor visits, or irregular electrician presence will result in penal action. interested bidders are encouraged to physically visit the sites before quoting their rates. for site visits, they may contact the executive engineer, ced, and the assistant engineer, cesd, pwd. a detailed site allocation will be provided at the time of the layout. 6 amount charged forelectrician dress code colour will be as per direction of eic 7 amount charged forelectrical accessories like pvc tape,tools & tackles , wooden gutkha, fast nut, different type & size of screw / nut-bolts, fuse wire, contact grease, connectors, etc. incl. cost for various register, log books as per requirementto mainten the proper record. 8 note1:rate should be quoted with inclusive of all taxes, duties, cess as applicable.
